I've been experimenting with my Suzuki Crystal RC 110 for about a week. The bike runs for 46,000 kms on its odometer. I am very eager actually to have it done but I think it would be a year project unless I would take a week long leave and I will only have all day working with this bike. What I'm thinking now is the to install a Manual clutch to it. I can sense that there are a lot of power loss having that Automatic Clutch Assy. I was thinking on the other hand to swap the Shogun R's Clutch shoe and housing in my bike. The only problem is where to get that donor parts to check if it fits mine. Anyway, I find it satisfying looking at the manual and checking the Shogun R's internals. I find the link below for the SHogun R/Pro 125 that I believe can help you out. Please click on the link and have fun riding your Suzuki Bike.
