Binusang Hipon

I seldomly eat at the mall. I prefer to have my lunch at home rather that the controversial Lydia’s Lechon here in SM city Taytay. What’s for lunch to day is a Binusang Hipon.

Ingredients for this menu are as follows.

1 bottle of Sprite/7-up

Salt

Oil and 1 lot of Big Shrimp.

Procedure on how to cook:

1. Heat the Pan at high temperature.

2.Put oil on the pan followed by the shrimp.

3. Add sprite about 3/4 of a cup.

4. Add some salt.

5. Simmer at moderate temperature.

Cook until it almost dries-up.

TIP:

Make sure to cook the shrimp for about 5-10 minutes only to avoid dryness and easy for the Shrimps skin to took off.
