Is it really a Happy Day for the Boss? Maybe yes or maybe not. I have alot of bosses during my 8 years tenure. There are boss that cares and some are just plain bolero.
I remember one of my boss who always talk and talked and promise of salary increases and always saying, if you lost this job where are you going? There are a lot of people who are seeking job just like you.
