Speed freaks and Timeless renovations and inventions on bikes led to Man’s desire to move faster and invent things that would counter their pride and Ego. I believe this was the main reason on such foolish inventions fitted on a scooter and underbones.
Have you seen a turbo charged 100cc Honda bike, not yet? I have here a 400K views on youtube. A turbo charged bike. I doesn’t have an exhaust pipe since it was fitter on the Turbo (ct90) I think in order to push those air blades and compressed air thus making turbo charge. The bike is stationary and I don’t have any idea if it went 250Kph.
