I didn’t have any idea that there are dogs that are hypo-allergenic. I only knew Tender care Powder is hypo-allergenic. Well, it was a friend who is selling his Lhasa Apso dogs who told me that its included on hypo-allergenic breed. Which only means persons who has allergies are capable to take care and breed such dogs. It was my judgement that I didn’t took care of a shit tzu because of its long hair. I judge the breed that its not suited for asthmatic person since it will shred its fur and will make an asthmatic person triggers it allergens.
