Tonight are another 6 semi-finalists for Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2. Four of them are Singers or Band performers and the other two is a Beat box group and a Dance troop.
First on the line is the Filogram, This group of choreographers from Baguio did great. They put back the classic moves together with classic music. They are fantastic movers I think.
Next in line is Maribeth Callanta, she got a nice voice, She did a great acapella from the start. I just notice her band seems not that good. I would suggest next time to have abs-cbn’s band manage the music itself.
Third in a row is Genevieve “Ivy” Arandia, This small but with terrible voice really sings well. The diction is there, the impact and pronunciations are clear enough to be mesmerized. I hope she got a lot of text vote.
Fourth is the First Beat Effect, this group seems derailed. The judges are right. They should have focus on Beat box rather than entertainment. It think it would not push through the finalist.
FIfth is the Guns and Roses band, or simply the NEXT GENERATION Band, A group of 6 Musically inclined Honor Youth. Amazingly, the Lead vocals Chan-chan got a grasp of how to be a rock band. From his height of 3-4ft he jumps like a rocker! Cool and really great kids see perform like a Pro. I hope they can make it to the finals.
Six but not the least is John Michael Narag, Astonishing Prowess songs delivered. It seems He made the crowd gone wild. From the first to Fifth contestant there wasn’t a growl that I hear.
