In the 1960's Flood and traffic didn't correlate with each other. If there is a flood there is no traffic at all. Nowadays, it just came to meet each other. When it rains, it floods and then traffic came along. We started rolling at 7:30AM to leave Muzon, unfortunately traffic jam was heavy and it took me 30 minutes to pass PureGOLD Taytay. It was a bit tiring when you are at the back of the steering wheel driving like a snail.
