According to Gov.ph there is no classes tomorrow. July 16, 2014. in connection with Typhoon Glenda that is already in the Philippine Area of Responsibity (PAR), causing heavy rains. Metro Manila is currently under Storm Signal No. 2 and PAGASA says it will possibly be raised to No. 3 by tomorrow morning.
