Here below are the first thing to do to avail of your housing loan.
Dear Mr. Ardenio,
Thank you for your interest in the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Program.
Please be informed that members who have made at least 24 monthly contributions or its equivalent in lump sum payment, and is active at the time of loan application, may avail of a housing loan from Pag-IBIG.
Housing loans are available up to P3 million, and with interest rates ranging from 6%-11.5%, subject to factors such as disposable income, monthly contributions and the appraised value of the property.
On the average however, monthly amortization should not exceed 40% of your disposable income (which is your remaining income after all statutory deductions have been made).
To avail of a housing loan under Pag-IBIG Fund, the first step is to attend loan counseling, where all your concerns and questions will be tackled and where a probable monthly amortization will be computed.
Loan counseling is available from Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturdays - 9am at the following Pag-IBIG offices:

**Loan Counseling is also available in all regional branches of Pag-IBIG Fund.
