I’ve been doing my own home workout since last month. although, in some points I did help a lot for my body to be more alert and no more pain compare to my last month’s weight. I stumble upon a video from you tube regarding the 8 minutes abs workout. The video is a animation of a man working out. Unfortunately, my neck hurts so I decided to stop it. I then think of a video which is not an animated but a true man doing a workout. the first thing that came to my mind is Manny Pacquiao. We all know that manny pacquiao had great abs and which also gives me an idea that doing his workout will do help me get an abs.

so aside from not eating mc donalds and jollibee, I stay out of beer and junk foods for now. The only thing I have is rice. How I wish I can have control over it.
